It takes a long time to become an overnight success unknown

Levi grew up knowing fitness was a passion of his. At the age of 8, he decided to go on a no sugar diet for 3 years to see how it effected his body, during this time doing a hundred push-ups and a thousand crunches a day. Needless to say, I have been obsessed with my health and body his whole life. He competed in Men’s Physique, winning best overall in every class last month (June 2018), he is a Powerlifter and world-class acrobat in the offseason. Levi still runs Tumble Smart, a gymnastics gym in Tulsa, OK where he teaches students how to become acrobatic ninjas.

In this podcast we dive into Levi’s story on how he got into gymnastics, and more specifially tumbling. The first few minutes are a bit awkward and tandem with poor audio quality, however, once we find our pace you can notice that we start flowing seamlessly. He shares his experience in starting up his gym and lightly brush over the process of prepping for his last physique competition. There are TONS of info in here for you to take away and impliment in your daily life regarding business, fitness, and building mass or losing fat.
